A-61560 April 2008 1 1 Introduction The Kodak i1200/i1300 Series Scanners are compact document scanners perfect for workgroups and other decentralized applications. All scanner models have a tilt feature that allows you to tilt the scanner. The five different customer support reps all acknowledged this is an ongoing problem with all i1200, i1300, and i1400 series scanners. I was told that Kodak is working on the software fix, however it is not expected to eliminate the problem completely.
